Save18.png - While Mexico has suppled the United States with hardworking labor we as a people have done little in the way of technology transfer to assist our neighbor in managing their natural resources. As the world rappiedly shrinks and China and Russia become wealthier it is in our National interest to assit Mexico in restoring and preserving their natural resources. Much work is desperately needed, if we don't reciprocate we stand to standing with our neighbor to the south.
